About the position

The HR Supervisor will play a crucial role in supporting the Sr. HR Manager and managing various HR projects and tasks. This position requires proactive execution of company projects, utilizing independent judgment and decision-making skills to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organization’s research, development, and project implementation efforts.
  • Delegate work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
  • Lead an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Outline the tasks involved in a project and delegate accordingly.
  • Address project questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
  • Ensure HR compliance policies are being followed nationwide.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices nationwide.
  • Update project plans as needed and maintain contact with those responsible for various project needs.
  • Assist and support with all open orders nationwide.
  • Ensure timely updates are sent for all HR Champions.
  • Support with reviewing and training on all submissions for Promotions/Replacements for the teams in all Service Centers.
  • Track all submissions, replacements, and promotions for all Distribution Centers.
  • Assist with investigations, councils, and file audits for all Service Centers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years related experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills required, including MS Office and Excel.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and manage a diverse workforce.
