The HR Support Associate at Scheels is responsible for a variety of human resources support activities under the guidance of the HR ASL and Human Resources team. The HR Support Associate will play a key role in promoting Scheels' culture and benefits through positive interactions with associates, while also maintaining a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the information handled. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, as it may involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays, with an average of 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Additionally, the HR Support Associate will assist in various HR functions, including creating job postings, onboarding new associates, and maintaining accurate associate records.
