About the position

The HR Systems & Compensation Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the life cycle of team members' HR profiles, focusing on onboarding and personnel actions that impact HRIS data management. This position involves collaboration with the HRIS Analyst to handle data change workflows, provide system support to end users, and ensure accurate payroll processing. The coordinator will also validate critical data elements affecting benefit eligibility and internal pay equity, while offering ad-hoc HR support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team member life cycle elements for HR profiles impacted by onboarding and personnel actions.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS Analyst to handle data change workflows and updates via InBasket monitoring.
  • Run audit reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide system support to end users regarding HRIS applications.
  • Perform pre-payroll responsibilities and validate payroll adjustments related to HRIS activity.
  • Validate critical data elements impacting benefit eligibility and internal pay equity.
  • Offer ad-hoc HR support as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in HRIS data management.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in compensation and/or HRIS.
