About the position

The HR Technology Manager will oversee the management of HR data and technology, focusing on scaling the organization through insights, self-service, and comprehensive reporting. This role involves partnering with key stakeholders to develop programs and maintain analytics that drive business decisions, while also setting goals for system operations, data flows, and security related to People processes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic thought partner in defining and executing the next phase of digital transformation.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to assess business needs and evolve relevant people strategies.
  • Build strong cross-division relationships to inform people strategies across technology divisions.
  • Lead large scale, cross-functional HR projects from start to finish, managing deliverables, resources, costs, schedules, quality, and status reporting.
  • Manage and develop the HR Technology team responsible for implementing HR technology tools and maintaining data.
  • Advance HR Technology and Analytics roadmap initiatives and future HR systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends in data management and HR applications to ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Apply external HR trends to identify opportunities for improving HR operations and services.
  • Define and track organizational health and diversity metrics, identifying workforce trends and developing recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Develop robust reporting and analytics, including dashboards and metrics that support HR programs and decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
  • 7-10+ years of progressively responsible related experience, including 3-5 years of management experience.
  • Ability to influence change across a matrix organization and collaborate with business and technology teams.
  • Experience managing outsourced development.
  • Proven track record of customer satisfaction and delivery success.
  • Ability to work in an advisory capacity to identify technical and business problems and develop solutions.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle.
  • Expertise in project management, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and status reporting.
  • Knowledge of Windows Event Logs, syslog, Defender for Endpoint, SCEP, FireEye, JWatch, Langcope, JHESABL, and Microsoft System Center Technologies.
