About the position

The Workforce Intelligence Consultant is responsible for enhancing strategic workforce planning capabilities and utilizing workforce data to inform enterprise-wide decisions. This role involves collaboration with HR leadership and other stakeholders to provide consultative insights that align workforce strategies with organizational objectives, ultimately driving measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement workforce planning frameworks that align with organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with HRLT to create workforce scenarios and actionable recommendations tied to long-term goals.
  • Act as a trusted consultant to HRLT and business leaders, providing data-driven insights.
  • Foster partnerships across HR, IT, and Finance to enhance workforce intelligence capabilities.
  • Present complex analytics findings in clear, compelling ways.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure workforce planning outcomes.
  • Quantify the impact of workforce intelligence initiatives on business outcomes.
  • Lead efforts to simplify and streamline processes for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a change agent for workforce intelligence best practices.
  • Drive standardization of workforce metrics and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of data governance frameworks.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning or people analytics, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proven ability to consult with senior leaders and deliver insights through data-driven storytelling.
  • Strong expertise in workforce planning tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to tie analytics initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with predictive modeling and advanced analytics techniques.
