About the position

The HRBP Senior Agile Manager will build trusted relationships with business leaders across various geographical regions, enabling the creation of an HR Operational Plan that aligns with CSL's strategic imperatives. This role focuses on providing people solutions, managing HR processes, and enhancing employee experience while fostering a compelling work culture. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite work.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and delivery of the HR operational plan for the assigned client group.
  • Influence and build relationships with senior business leaders to reinforce HR's role as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive the implementation of corporate HR policies and practices, supporting organization and employee development.
  • Support and lead organizational design efforts across different layers of the organization.
  • Participate in global change management projects for HR and business excellence.
  • Advise employees and managers on total rewards matters as needed.
  • Enhance efficiency and provide solutions for business leaders using critical thinking skills.
  • Create and maintain an engaging work environment by communicating a compelling work culture.
  • Enable managers to activate employee survey action plans to sustain a collaborative work environment.
  • Drive talent and development efforts within the client group.
  • Provide coaching for development and insights towards talent pipeline action plans.
  • Deliver people processes, programs, and initiatives for the designated client group.
  • Take responsibility for delivering on KPIs for the annual core HR cycle, including performance management and compensation reviews.
  • Act as a change ambassador and facilitate workshops.
  • Develop and implement new concepts to solve business challenges using data analytics.
  • Contribute relevant experience as a member of the HRBP Agile Team community of practice.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field required.
  • HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIDP or another internationally recognized credential) preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in agile organization/ways of working preferred.
  • 7+ years of HR Management experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering or HR Business Consultant roles in a dynamic global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR leadership roles preferred.
  • Experience in Org. Design, Change Management, and Talent & Development projects.
  • Deep knowledge of HR processes in a dynamic global organization.
  • Consulting skills preferred.
  • Self-starter with a resilient and adaptable mindset.
  • Capable of managing ambiguity and recommending effective solutions.
  • Solution-oriented HRBP expert with a proven track record in complex problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage large projects/processes independently and simultaneously.
  • Occasionally coach and review work of other HRBP professionals.
