About the position

In this role, you will conduct routine tasks necessary for the administration of HR programs and policies, serving as a key support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in addressing employee relations and compliance-related responsibilities. Your support will include triaging inquiries to help manage the workload of designated HRBPs. These inquiries may encompass employee relations, leaves of absence, benefits, policy interpretation, and general HR-related questions. You will be responsible for completing the initial intake of employee relations matters and conducting investigations under the direction of the HRBP as assigned. It is crucial to follow up with urgency to ensure that all matters are resolved promptly and thoroughly. Additionally, you will liaise with other departments to resolve employee requests and questions, maintain resources and templates for the HRBP team, and refresh these resources as necessary to ensure consistency in language and practice. Drafting documents for HRBP review will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve reviewing and analyzing HR data related to employee engagement, onboarding, and turnover for assigned business units. You will produce reports and provide summaries of trends to the HRBP upon request, assisting in identifying any red flags and developing strategies to support leaders. Completing exit interviews and new hire check-ins when assigned, serving as backup coverage for the HRBP team, and assisting with pulse surveys and site visits will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will assist in coordinating Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support for critical incidents and provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to the business, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, performance management, and employment law will be essential. You will also complete other projects and conduct research for the HR department as needed, performing related duties as assigned.
