About the position

The HRIS Analyst position involves supporting and maintaining HRIS applications and modules, specifically DOCTime and Cardinal HCM. The role focuses on data entry, configuration tasks, managing user inquiries, and ensuring data compliance and security. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities to assist HR staff and enhance system functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Support large volume data entry in HRIS systems (DOCTime, Cardinal HCM).
  • Provide technical support and guidance to HR system users.
  • Manage user permissions and access requests.
  • Audit and update HRIS data fields as needed.
  • Compile complex data reports for HR and senior executives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with HRIS databases.
  • Strong understanding of commercial HRIS products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
