About the position

The HRIS Analyst, Training and Development is a temporary, fully remote role focused on supporting the implementation and maintenance of the ERP system for HR processes within a growing healthcare organization. This position involves collaboration with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to enhance HR operations, ensure data integrity, and provide user support and training.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to support the implementation and maintenance of the ERP system for HR processes.
  • Support the administration of HR programs and processes, such as performance management and employee engagement surveys.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting HR modules within the ERP system.
  • Support the development and implementation of standardized HR processes and procedures within the ERP system.
  • Generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights using the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with HCM leaders and team members to improve HR processes and enhance system efficiency.
  • Support employee data audits and compliance activities.
  • Provide user support and training to HR staff and other employees on HR processes and system usage.
  • Assist in the data migration process from legacy systems to the ERP system.
  • Stay updated with HR industry trends and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Associates or bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and practices.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS or ERP system functionalities for employee data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of shared services concepts and ERP implementation processes is desirable.
  • Healthcare background highly preferred.
