About The Position
The In-N-Out Burger Human Resources team has an excellent opportunity for a HRIS Systems Analyst, located in the Irvine, CA office. The Systems HRIS Analyst's primary focus is to design develop, test, implement and, administer the human resource information systems (HRIS) systems, with a primary focus on Oracle Cloud HCM. This position serves as a technical point of contact and oversees user acceptance testing of system changes, analyzing process flows for process improvement opportunities and optimizing HR systems. This person will collaborate with the HR functional team to define requirements and lead the system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Oracle HCM modules. The HRIS Systems Analyst also participates in HRIS upgrades, patches, fixes, testing and other technical projects as assigned. This position will be responsible for providing level 2 support to Associates across In-N-Out, in technical matters related to HRIS. They will develop user training materials and maintain documentation for their work.
