Requirements

• Experience with HR Systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• English, min. B2 and higher
• Excel proficiency (advanced)
• Power Bi and other reporting visualization tools
• Global HR system experience
• Accuracy
• Analytics
• Presentation skills
• Technical savvy (testing experience, or work in IT related field)
• Improvements (Yellow-Belt certification or any other certification)

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR data and ensure data is accurate constantly searching for improvements and automation
• Deliver HR services according to agreed service level agreements and local legislation
• Research and process HR transactions and data changes
• Respond to HR related inquiries and assist others to understand their role and responsibility in the process
• Provide and prepare (update, improve) trainings to local stakeholders on PeopleSoft processes based on experience and feedback from the stakeholders
• Prepare advanced system reports using multiple tools (PowerBI, Excel etc.)
• Partner with internal teams to develop, test and implement new HR tools such as performance management system, compensation planning tool etc.
• Actively search for improvements and optimizations, work on multiple improvement projects independently
