About the position

The HRIS and Compensation Analyst at Swickard Shared Services is responsible for managing and maintaining the HRIS system (Paylocity) to ensure accurate employee records and compliance with company policies. This role involves processing employment actions, conducting audits, collaborating with the HR team on compensation programs, and providing support for HRIS and compensation-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HRIS system (Paylocity) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Process employment actions such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement compensation programs and policies
  • Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations to management
  • Assist with annual performance review process
  • Provide support to employees and managers regarding HRIS and compensation-related inquiries
  • Regularly audits employment records to ensure all employee actions have been processed properly and are compliant with company policy and state/federal regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience with Paylocity HRIS system
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
