About the position

The HRIS and Compensation Analyst at Standard Process is responsible for researching, analyzing, designing, and maintaining HR systems to ensure best practices are applied. This role oversees the compensation program, including market analysis, job evaluation, and the development of salary and bonus structures. The analyst collaborates with the HR team and external vendors to enhance HR processes and ensure data integrity within the HRIS.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the System Administrator of the HRIS and primary point of contact for system-related questions.
  • Maintain the HRIS with weekly employee updates and changes.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, accuracy, security, and usability of employee data.
  • Conduct routine audits to identify and fix data errors and assess data accuracy and compliance with HR policies.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
  • Assist with training HR and company users, including developing training materials and user procedures.
  • Perform analysis of existing HR systems functionality and recommend process improvements.
  • Generate reports using UKG Pro People Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Assist in the development of standard reports and dashboards for ongoing needs.
  • Identify, develop, and provide analytics to support HR initiatives.
  • Design and develop Standard Operating Procedures for HR processes.
  • Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, including testing and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and HR to identify system improvements.
  • Manage permissions, access, and security settings for HRIS users.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends in HRIS providers and technology.
  • Participate in user group meetings and conferences.
  • Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors for HRIS projects.
  • Address and troubleshoot HRIS configuration issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in applicable field or equivalent experience in HR or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience within Human Resources preferred.
  • HRIS experience required.
  • Experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
  • Proven ability to keep information confidential.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and best practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • HR compensation experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience with HRIS implementation preferred but not required.
