About the position

The HRIS & HR Operations Leader at Latham Pool is responsible for designing and implementing innovative HR strategies that enhance the employee and manager experience. This role focuses on overseeing the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and managing HR operations to ensure alignment with business needs, efficient workflows, and accurate data. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to drive HR technology solutions and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration and optimization of all HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency, appropriate functionality, and ease of use.
  • Create and deploy project management tools and methodologies, holding project leads accountable for successful execution of HR projects.
  • Develop relationships with vendors, provide requirements for contracting, and hold them accountable to deliverables.
  • Continuously evaluate the quality and effectiveness of tools and processes, making recommendations for improvements or alternative solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities, setting expectations for progress and escalating roadblocks as necessary.
  • Find creative solutions to balance system limitations with organizational requirements for efficient and effective outcomes.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of systems and tools by driving education and enhancing user experience.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years in an HRIS or HR Operations role
  • Strong knowledge of HR Technology platforms
  • Demonstrated excellence in process documentation and optimization
  • Proven track record of successful project management
  • Analytical skills with a focus on reporting and metrics generation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in implementing, upgrading, and optimizing HR systems and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work efficiently with cross-functional teams

Benefits

  • Salary range of $90,000-$125,000
