• Manage and configure HRMS systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct audits and analyze metrics to improve HR processes.

• Utilize Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Support project management initiatives related to HR systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of direct experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
• Experience in system administration, implementation, process improvement, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and ADP.
