About the position

The HRIS Data Maintenance Specialist will play a crucial role in the implementation of the Dayforce HCM platform within the organization. This position involves collaborating with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and optimal usage of the software, requiring a strong understanding of HR processes and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct business process analysis to ensure the system aligns with the organization's HR policies and practices.
• Provide ongoing support to users during and after implementation, addressing any inquiries or issues that arise.
• Support data migration from existing HR systems (ADP) to Dayforce, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct data validation to confirm that migrated data corresponds to original records.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing HR software solutions, specifically Dayforce HCM.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices across various HR functions.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
