The HRIS Database and Analytics Specialist II is responsible for monitoring, maintenance, and operational support of HR data resources. Maintain reliability, stability, and data integrity of databases and other data sources. Provide support in the administration, backup, integrity, and security of various databases, automated systems, and enterprise software. Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc report design and distribution. Continually assess, improve, and optimize our current data environment.
