About the position

The HCM Analyst will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role supports various HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Development, Benefits, Compensation, and People Analytics, ensuring the effective use of the Workday system across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and other departments on matters pertaining to HR systems.
  • Analyze, document, communicate, and validate business requirements regarding the Workday system.
  • Support HR technology efforts involving Workday HCM.
  • Develop and run queries and reports.
  • Conduct ongoing audits and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Perform testing for software upgrades and other system changes.
  • Stay current with changes in laws and regulations affecting HR systems.
  • Perform data loads using EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
  • Perform Organizational management changes and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience with Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, and system administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English knowledge (B2).

Nice-to-haves

  • Certifications such as HCM, ITIL, PHR, PMP, or SHRM are a plus.
  • Knowledge of compensation, benefits, absence management, and talent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with global data protection laws and HR systems.
