The HRMS Analyst is a vital member of the HRMS team, tasked with the maintenance, enhancement, and administration of Compensation processes within SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central (EC), as well as SAP ERP Central Component (ECC). This role demands advanced system and business knowledge, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and IT organizations. The selected candidate will act as a technical point of contact and subject matter expert, ensuring data integrity, testing system enhancements and updates, gathering data, and analyzing data flows for process improvement and troubleshooting. Additionally, the HRMS Analyst will mentor other HRMS team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment. In this role, the HRMS Analyst will support the management of the SuccessFactors Compensation Module, which includes troubleshooting, upgrades, and enhancements. They will lead the Global Compensation Cycle from a system perspective, utilizing best practices and insights from internal and external business issues to improve systems. This involves exploring, evaluating, recommending, designing, and configuring new features and functionalities to streamline processes and drive continuous system improvements. The analyst will serve as a liaison between HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), business organizations, and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements and user stories. The HRMS Analyst will be responsible for working on user stories as part of the product team, from creation through testing to completion, which includes training and knowledge sharing. They will perform data exports and imports as required, preparing and analyzing data files for load accuracy. Providing tier 2 support to HRMS Operations, the analyst will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Compensation and Employee Central (Core HR) Systems Products. They will also mentor, educate, and train HRMS team members and business users on HRMS Core Systems, ensuring a high level of competency across the team. Backup support for other SuccessFactors modules may be required as needed. The role requires the ability to write test scripts and perform necessary unit, integration, and QA testing, as well as applying analytical methodologies for data analysis. The HRMS Analyst must be able to clearly explain technical concepts to individuals with non-technical backgrounds, ensuring effective communication across the organization.
