About the position

The HRMS / HRIS Support Analyst role focuses on administering, enhancing, and supporting HR systems, particularly Workday and Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) systems. This position serves as the technical point of contact for system maintenance and configuration, ensuring data integrity, system testing, reporting, and process improvements, with a specific emphasis on managing time clock infrastructure and Time & Labor modules.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, enhance, and support HR systems, focusing on Workday and UKG systems.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for system maintenance and configuration.
  • Ensure data integrity, system testing, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Manage time clock (time and attendance) infrastructure.
  • Configure and maintain Time & Labor modules.
  • Design and implement standard operating procedures for the HR Technology team.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with time clock/attendance setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
