About the position

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to drive sales and win new business within a defined territory. This role involves cultivating relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, managing multiple sales processes, and presenting tailored solutions to clients. Responsibilities

  • Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
  • Attend training programs and collaborate with sales teams to sell human resources solutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers.
  • Set appointments and gather leads from internal partners.
  • Assess buyer needs and present appropriate ADP solutions.
  • Manage multiple sales processes through various stages until implementation.
  • Cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business.

Requirements

  • Positive self-starter with a persistent style and ability to cold call.
  • Experience in outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of closing sales.
  • Ability to manage time well, prioritize deliverables, and multi-task effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills in various formats (paper, in-person, phone).
  • Military experience is a plus, showcasing teamwork, resilience, and negotiation skills.
