ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in Miami, Florida. This hybrid role focuses on closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory. Responsibilities
- Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
- Attend training programs and collaborate with sales teams to sell human resources solutions.
- Cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers.
- Set appointments and gather leads from internal partners.
- Assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.
- Manage multiple sales processes through various stages until implementation.
- Cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
Requirements
- Positive self-starter with an upbeat and persistent style.
- Ability to cold call and manage time effectively.
- Experience in outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of closing sales.
- Ability to build and maintain a network of contacts.
- Military experience is a plus, showcasing teamwork and negotiation skills.
