Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and standards.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to existing staff to maintain service quality.
  • Document inspection results and communicate findings to housekeeping management.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints related to room cleanliness or maintenance.
  • Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, requesting supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping teams, maintenance, and front desk to ensure timely room readiness.
  • Adhere to safety and security procedures to protect guests, staff, and property.
