The Director of Marketing will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with the company's mission and business objectives. The Director of Marketing will oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, public relations, and shareholder communications. This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to ensure that marketing strategies effectively support business goals and shareholder engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent branding across all channels, managing media relations, and developing communication strategies that engage and inform shareholders. Additionally, the Director will lead and mentor the marketing team, manage the marketing budget, and oversee the execution of events and campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Performance monitoring will also be a key responsibility, as the Director will track key performance metrics and continuously optimize marketing strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business goals, shareholder engagement, and cultural promotion.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Manage media relations and corporate communications, collaborating with the CEO on key messages.
  • Lead the creation of marketing materials and develop communication strategies that effectively engage and inform shareholders.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Oversee events and campaigns, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Track key performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a corporate or nonprofit environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies.
