About the position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead operations at a high-volume quick-service restaurant. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong leadership skills and a focus on excellent customer service, staff development, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and the ability to meet or exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and uphold company policies and standards, ensuring a positive work environment and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control to optimize operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff members to foster a cohesive and efficient team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching team members to reach their full potential.
• Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and smooth operation during all shifts.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and expenses to meet financial targets.
• Analyze sales and labor reports to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Drive revenue through local store marketing efforts and upselling initiatives.
• Maintain high standards for guest satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and ensuring quality service.
• Cultivate a customer-focused environment, leading by example to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a management role within the food service industry.
• Hamburger University certified is a must.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• High level of organization, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and demands.
