About the position

The Hub Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and workflow of all HUB functions, including store Hub order fulfillment and inventory control. This role may involve leading a team of HUB operations members, such as HUB Inventory Specialists and HUB drivers. The position requires strong knowledge of store systems, parts knowledge, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to maintain Hub company standards and network with various stakeholders for effective order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Hub operations and resolution of Hub orders and processes in a timely manner
  • Provide direction, organize, and delegate work to HUB related Team members
  • Review Hub orders, pull parts, stage product, and finalize paperwork
  • Interact with internal and 3rd party Drivers on paperwork and instructions
  • Engage with store to facility network for part sourcing and logistics solutions
  • Work with GM, DM, and CSC support for proper inventory mix and levels
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and functions related to HUB inventory
  • Manage and comply with all Hub records and paperwork policies
  • Communicate risks or concerns regarding order fulfillment to store leaders
  • Lead stocking activities from replenishment orders, ensuring completion within 24 hours
  • Assist with additional inventory activities including overstocks and resets
  • Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
  • Assist with Front Room Inventory functions and cores/defects
  • Maintain store cleanliness including floors and bathrooms

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of store systems
  • Basic parts knowledge
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience leading team members
  • Competent in oral and written communications
  • Basic math computation skills
  • Prior retail experience including merchandising and inventory management
  • Ability to drive a forklift if certified
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
