About the position

Golds Gym is seeking a HubSpot Marketing Specialist to enhance brand awareness and drive member engagement through innovative marketing strategies. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Golds Gym's products and services, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation. The specialist will work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize user experience and drive sales while cultivating member loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all traditional and digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance.
  • Brainstorm new growth strategies regularly.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Create a robust content strategy to support sales goals.
  • Maintain a detailed calendar for brand content management.
  • Produce and publish content on digital channels including email newsletters and social media.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify key product stories and campaigns.
  • Establish standards and workflows for content creation and distribution.
  • Ensure SEO optimization across all website content.
  • Identify new strategies and tools for growth.
  • Assist with managing the digital marketing budget.
  • Evaluate competitors to optimize strategies.
  • Create, monitor, and adjust PPC campaigns.
  • Develop and perform detailed performance reviews.
  • Collaborate to analyze channel sales in relation to marketing initiatives.
  • Visit clubs to gather marketing assets.
  • Design and deliver email campaigns to generate leads and re-engage customers.
  • Manage design projects within brand standards.
  • Assist with marketing copy production for various initiatives.
  • Assist with remarketing and paid search campaigns.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience with Lead Management & CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • HubSpot Marketing knowledge and certifications.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing position or Strategist role with proven results.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Demonstrated success with CRM strategies.
  • Expert proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns and understanding SEO strategies.
  • Knowledge of email best practices and CAN-SPAM laws.
  • Intermediate knowledge of social media content strategy.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software.
  • Strong knowledge of web technology and marketing analytics.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Flash, PHP, and mobile responsive design.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with video production and editing.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles.
