About the position

The Human Capital Data Analyst at ANSER is responsible for designing and building innovative surveys for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) using various survey platforms. This role involves providing survey design support, normalizing and integrating data sets, and analyzing data to identify trends and insights. The analyst will also engage with stakeholders across the intelligence community and utilize analytical software to support workforce planning efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design and build innovative surveys for ODNI using Lime Survey or other survey platforms.
• Provide survey design and troubleshooting support to IC partners.
• Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets.
• Analyze and validate data using established statistical methodologies, such as R analysis and SPSS.
• Provide data analytic support for completed surveys and enterprise data calls to identify trends and insights.
• Communicate complex findings in easily understood narratives via graphical, verbal, and written formats.
• Use analytical and visualization software, such as Tableau and Power BI, for quantitative and analytic efforts.
• Engage with Communities of Practice and other IC partners on data initiatives.
• Coordinate with and provide excellent customer service to stakeholders across ODNI and 18 IC agencies.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 18 years of experience, with 8+ years of statistician experience, or a master's degree and 10 years of experience.
• TS/SCI with CI Polygraph level clearance required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and expertise with MS Office tool suite.
• Proficient with Tableau.
