About The Position
The Human Capital Partner serves as the primary human capital service provider to a group of 25-35 Principals or District Office Supervisors within Baltimore City Public Schools. This role is crucial in advising these leaders on hiring, developing, evaluating, engaging, and retaining staff, ensuring that they can effectively manage their human capital needs. The Human Capital Partner acts as a liaison between school leaders and specialized experts in the Human Capital Office, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and providing comprehensive data to support informed decision-making in human capital management.
