Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive workforce development strategies that drive organizational performance and adaptability.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify talent gaps and create tailored solutions for leadership development and succession planning.
- Craft cutting-edge training programs that foster leadership skills, change readiness, and cultural transformation.
- Oversee the development of learning curricula that blend traditional methods with emerging technologies to maximize engagement and retention.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and educational institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth by leveraging your expertise in workforce trends and best practices.
- Lead and inspire a team of consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that exceed client expectations.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within your team and across the organization.
Requirements
- Degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in workforce development, with a proven track record in consulting or leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, change management methodologies, and leadership development frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Strong consulting background including sales, service delivery, and management.
