About the position

The Human Resources Specialist/Site Manager at EPIC Health Partners is a hybrid role focused on ensuring compliance with employment laws, maintaining employee records, and overseeing various aspects of employee management. This position plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, developing community relationships, and executing site goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Post job openings
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve conflicts in a timely manner
  • Manage employees' performance
  • Identify and address employee performance issues, training, and career growth
  • Counsel staff on HR policies, practices and procedures
  • Calculating and maintaining payroll records
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) by entering, updating, and retrieving employee data
  • Regularly update required spreadsheets and reports
  • Ensure confidentiality of all records and employee information
  • Plan and attend employee relation activities and community events
  • Implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational transition
  • Maintaining employee records in accordance with legal requirements
  • Coordinating office maintenance
  • Managing office budgets & track expenses
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints
  • Manage several projects efficiently
  • Manage office hours and resources needs as it relates to program and agency functionality
  • Lead and participate in staff meetings as scheduled
  • Maintain an effective organizational team and motivate staff to accomplish objectives
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Complete other job duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of employment labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong moral and ethical code
  • Competency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent administrative skills
