About the position

The Human Resource Analyst 3 (General) position is a critical role within the Executive Offices of Dauphin County, PA, focusing on the development and implementation of human resource policies and programs. This position is responsible for analyzing and interpreting human resource data, providing insights that support strategic decision-making within the organization. The analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as internal policies. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations at the state and federal levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves
