Human Touch Home Care is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. As a home healthcare provider, we pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive, skilled, and non-skilled services to our homebound clients in Colorado. The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the human resources department by assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. In this role, you will be responsible for completing new hire onboarding, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and processing employee status changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations. You will ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality of employee information, as well as labor laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels. Additionally, you will assist in conducting audits and investigations related to HR compliance matters, serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and maintain positive employee relations through effective communication and problem-solving. The HR Coordinator will also provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence. You will assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management, administer and manage the company's benefits programs, and coordinate open enrollment processes. This includes processing benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in a timely manner, liaising with benefits providers and vendors, and educating employees about their benefits options. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits laws and regulations, maintain accurate and confidential benefits records, and prepare and submit required benefits-related reports and filings.
