About The Position

The Human Resource Business Partner at Teleperformance USA is responsible for providing day-to-day HR guidance to the Operations Team, acting as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters. This role focuses on performance management, interpreting HR policies, and driving HR initiatives to enhance employee relations, morale, and productivity. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships and retention, while also partnering with the HR Knowledge Center to provide critical data and insights to support business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a professional HR team of 10 or more associates.
  • Experience in an HR role acting as a partner to the business using HR data to solve people problems.
  • Solid knowledge of HR Federal and State Laws regarding Wage and Hour law, FMLA, ADA, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and confidentiality.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple demands.
  • Excellent time management skills and flexible availability.
  • Experience working with multiple locations or a significant workforce preferred.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance history.
  • Ability to pass mandatory background checks.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and present best practices within HR to enhance credibility and performance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for management on HR policies, programs, and processes.
  • Partner with HR Knowledge Center and other HR areas to drive initiatives and programs based on organizational needs.
  • Act as a resource for Department & Managers on employee and performance management matters.
  • Provide professional HR guidance and support to internal client groups across geographies.
  • Assist with the implementation and management of corporate HR policies and programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leadership for consultation on HR matters.
  • Provide guidance on sensitive employee issues including performance management and terminations.
  • Assist with company-wide programs and initiatives such as employee engagement and workforce planning.
  • Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts to address HR issues.
  • Partner with corporate HR functions to provide feedback on business needs and identify process improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity in HR information system records and reports; develop reporting tools for HR metrics.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
