About the position

The Human Resource Consultant 2 - Talent Acquisition Supervisor will lead recruitment efforts for the Department of Family and Community Services in Anchorage, AK. This role focuses on enhancing candidate experiences, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce. The supervisor will manage onboarding logistics and represent the department at recruitment events, contributing to the overall mission of supporting vulnerable Alaskans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment efforts for positions within the Department of Family and Community Services.
