About the position

The Human Resource Coordinator at Ab Mauri Food Inc. is responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This role involves managing the recruiting process, onboarding new employees, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The coordinator will also handle administrative support, reporting, and assist in maintaining HR systems and records.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Paycom to support the recruiting process for open positions, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
  • Review candidate qualifications to ensure they meet the requirements of posted positions.
  • Coordinate HR onboarding for new employees.
  • Manage the temporary staffing process for the corporate office with internal and external customers.
  • Create new hire packages and folders for all new employees as required.
  • Oversee the Ask Here function in Paycom to ensure timely responses to requests.
  • Add or update positions and organizational seats within Paycom.
  • Process I-9/E-Verify for divisions other than ABMNA.
  • Ensure labor posters are updated at all facilities as needed.
  • Pull invoices from provider sites and submit them to AP for approval and payment.
  • Compile/process monthly purchasing American Express charges/reports.
  • Track and submit educational requests and matching gift requests.
  • Complete ad hoc reporting and compile data as needed.
  • Assist in the training/meeting process as required.
  • Assist in the annual Open Enrollment Process.
  • Review/update HR inbox and forward notifications as appropriate.
  • Update annual holiday calendars.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in Human Resources or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with competitive salary range of $44.2K - $56K per year.
