About the position

The Human Resource Director at Centerville Health and Rehab is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the nursing home, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves strategic partnership with leadership to enhance employee engagement and retention, as well as managing HR staff and processes such as recruitment, training, and payroll administration.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all HR functions for the nursing home, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Coordinate new employee orientation, training, and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Required).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
