In this role, you will build a great workplace for strong performers by promoting and driving an engaged workforce, career development, and learning. You will inspire and mentor all team members to reach their full potential, ensuring upward mobility for high-performing team members and managers. Your responsibilities will include sourcing high-potential candidates, ensuring compliance-based training is completed, and actively participating in driving associate engagement through various methods, including the annual engagement survey. You will also conduct effective employee relation investigations and work in partnership with Business Leaders and the Regional Human Resource Manager to develop and execute plans to address problem areas. Operational excellence is key, as you will guide, train, and direct business partners and associates on the execution of Human Resource policies and processes to ensure appropriate legal and corporate compliance. You will be a visible presence, available to members of the management team, hourly associates, guests, and airport partners. Additionally, you will lead and guide the new hire and onboarding process, assist in implementing the organization's performance management process, and conduct regular audits of various processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for innovation and maximizing resources to improve processes and grow the business.
