About the position

Titan, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to enhance its operations team in Anchorage, Alaska. This role is crucial for overseeing all human resource aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, and implementing new HR software to foster a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, particularly in the construction or maintenance service industries, and will be responsible for various HR initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all human resource aspects of the company year-round.
• Implement new HR software to enhance HR culture at Titan.
• Respond to inquiries on a wide range of human resources initiatives including recruitment, orientations, and employee relations.
• Provide recommendations and feedback for HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare, maintain, and update HR paperwork and correspondence.
• Organize social and company events and community involvement activities.
• Implement health and safety standards and ensure legal compliance with relevant legislation.

Requirements

• Administration diploma majoring in Human Resources or Recruiting.
• Human Resources Management Certificate (completed or in progress).
• 1 - 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
• Joint Health and Safety Certification preferred.
• Strong organization, active listening, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to identify areas of development and create action plans.
