About the position

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations and address HR-related inquiries.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Ensure HR compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in benefits and compensation administration.
  • Coordinate performance management processes.
  • Contribute to the development and consistency of training and development programs.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of HR systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Experience in a law office setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5-10 years of HR Generalist experience.
