Your contributions will help us maintain a high standard of service and support our employees effectively. In this role, you will substantiate applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests, and you will coordinate examinations and appointments to ensure a smooth hiring process. You will welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientations and providing them with essential information about their roles. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting time and attendance records to provide payroll information, as well as assembling, preparing, and analyzing employee data reports. Maintaining employee information is critical, and you will be tasked with entering and updating employment and status-change data to keep our records accurate and up-to-date. Your role will also involve providing secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information, as well as organizing work and answering the telephone to relay messages. Confidentiality is paramount in this position, and you will be expected to maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
