About the position

The Human Resources Generalist at Aramark Healthcare+ is responsible for overseeing HR operations at Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital in Los Angeles, CA. This role involves partnering with management on HR policies, staffing, compliance, and employee relations, ensuring high service levels and effective execution of HR duties.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations to develop and execute a proactive staffing plan.
• Lead positive employee relations efforts.
• Execute staffing and onboarding processes for hourly and salaried positions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate/district policies and federal/state regulations.
• Train and coach management/supervisory staff in various HR functions.
• Participate in corporate-level HR projects.
• Manage and report required HR business metrics.
• Maintain accurate employee records in electronic and paper formats.
• Lead resolution of employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• Experience in employment relations, including conducting investigations and resolution development.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to create presentations.
• Proven ability to interact and consult with multiple levels of management.
• Solid understanding of financial and business objectives.
