The Human Resources Generalist provides end-to-end operational HR support to campus team members and the management team. This role fosters relationships with department leadership and provides guidance on issues relevant to team members, department goals, and objectives. The HR Generalist is responsible for assigned campus regulatory compliance and supports efforts to increase employee engagement and the overall strength of the workplace. Additionally, the role will provide support for regulatory and policy compliance to all department leaders.
