The Human Resources Generalist provides end-to-end operational HR support to campus team members and the management team. This role fosters relationships with department leadership and provides guidance on issues relevant to team members, department goals, and objectives. The HR Generalist is responsible for assigned campus regulatory compliance and supports efforts to increase employee engagement and the overall strength of the workplace. Additionally, the role will provide support for regulatory and policy compliance to all department leaders. Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end operational HR support to campus team members and management team.
  • Foster relationships with department leadership and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with assigned campus regulatory requirements.
  • Support efforts to increase employee engagement and workplace strength.
  • Assist department leaders with regulatory and policy compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven success working in an HR department.
  • Strong attention to detail and resourceful mindset.
  • Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment.
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR fundamentals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support, advise, coach, and influence others.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications.
