About the position

Carrier is seeking college graduates with demonstrated leadership capability, learning agility, and the desire to develop as Human Resources professionals. The Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) is a two-year rotational program that exposes aspiring human resources leaders to Carrier's human resource function and business segments through three, eight-month rotations. HRLPs will build capabilities through hands-on experiences in a culture that values integrity, respect, inclusion, innovation, and excellence. During the associate's time in the program, rotational assignments are available in Refrigeration, HVAC, and Carrier's Global Headquarters. Our commitment is to provide front-line, hands-on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch and build capabilities across Human Resources. Each person in the HRLP will have the opportunity to experience different functional rotations which may include human resources business partnership, including exposure to plant or factory workforces, total rewards, talent programs, talent acquisition, and project management. HRLPs will work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders in an HR operating model that includes Communities of Expertise (CoEs), HR Operations, and HR Business Partners. The program provides training and immersion experiences to supplement rotational experiences.
