About The Position
The Human Resource Manager at the Utah Schools of the Deaf and the Blind (USDB) will lead a team to deliver high-quality human resources support and collaborate with management to attract and retain talent. This role requires a strong understanding of state and federal employment laws, as well as experience in recruitment and selection strategies. The position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence two days a week while allowing for telework on other days.
