About the position

The Human Resource Recruiting Specialist at 12 Oaks Senior Living is responsible for leading talent acquisition efforts, which include full life cycle recruiting and developing a broad-based sourcing strategy. This role aims to deliver a viable talent pipeline for the organization while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The specialist will also track key metrics, drive process improvements, and build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute full life cycle recruiting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage all required paperwork and records and prepare documentation when needed.
  • Identify key diversity sourcing tools to attract a diverse pool of talent.
  • Identify required skills, experience, and competencies for job profiles.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand assigned positions and business groups.
  • Provide hiring managers with advice, training, and tools for an effective hiring process.
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Serve as company liaison to candidates, presenting a positive company image.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, HR team members, and support staff.
  • Build a network with relevant industry groups to create a talent pipeline.
  • Track data accurately and report on recruiting metrics such as time to fill and cost of hire.
  • Manage requisitions through ATS to document hiring activity.
  • Provide leadership or support on recruiting-related initiatives.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Ability to preserve confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Software.
  • Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Ability to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs.
