The Human Resource Specialist position at the Department of the Army involves providing comprehensive HR support to the US Army Special Operations Aviation Command. Responsibilities

• Perform long- and short-range analyses of HR readiness inhibitors to detect trends impacting mission accomplishment.
• Serve as a technical advisor regarding all Human Resource competencies, including manning the force and retention.
• Manage and oversee the execution of HR plans and programs within the G-1 Directorate.
• Assist in managing officer, enlisted, and civilian personnel to ensure high levels of personnel readiness.

Requirements

• One year of specialized experience in personnel management and support for military operations.
• Ability to provide timely personnel service support to commanders, soldiers, civilians, and families.
• Experience in planning, directing, and executing HR missions and programs of national significance.
