About the position

The Human Resource Specialist position at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is responsible for providing comprehensive human resource services to senior executives within the agency. This role supports the Senior Executive Resource Manager and encompasses various HR functions including recruitment, staffing, training, performance management, and policy development, ensuring alignment with the agency's evolving missions and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of human resource services to DISES and DISL assigned and detailed to DCSA.
• Support recruitment and staffing processes.
• Manage assignments and senior movement within the agency.
• Oversee pay setting for personnel.
• Facilitate training and development initiatives.
• Implement performance management strategies.
• Contribute to policy development related to human resources.

Requirements

• Must obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Demonstrated ability to keep pace with emerging missions and requirements.
