About the position

As an HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in contributing to Trucordia's success by providing exceptional HR services across our offices within the Trucordia network. You will be responsible for overseeing reporting and auditing of HR systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee and HR records. In addition, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide support as needed. Partnering with management and employees, you will contribute to the successful execution and implementation of key HR projects. Responsibilities

  • Manage various HR projects, including the preparation of offers and general HR administration tasks.
  • Provide ongoing support to the HR team and its endeavors
  • Oversee reporting, auditing of HR systems, system clean-up, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as delegated by management.
  • Foster direct communication with field offices, offering HR support with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ensure the accuracy of employee data entry and the proper digital filing of employee records.
  • Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and a service-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer operations with the ability to swiftly learn and use software such as Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, and digital document management tools to track employee information and support HR functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, be flexible, and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to precision.
