About the position

The Human Resource Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Department of the Treasury Office of Intelligence Analysis by conducting workforce analysis, revising position descriptions, and assisting in the implementation of organizational changes. This position is essential for ensuring that the workforce structure aligns with the performance management strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis of workforce structure and position descriptions
  • Coordinate revision and streamlining of OIA position descriptions based off of workforce analysis
  • Support PSO in implementing changes to organizational structure
  • Support PSO efforts to integrate new organizational structure with performance management strategy

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in workforce analysis
  • Knowledge of performance management strategies
  • Ability to coordinate and streamline processes
